Small farmhouse of the C17. Timber framed with slate roof, one storey and attic, 2 bays, entrance to lobby facing the gable end stack, and a later lean-to extension at the W end.
Framing 3 panels high with small corner braces, tension braces in the gables and on the N elevation. Panelled door. Paned timber windows with gabled dormers on the S elevation and blocked window in E gable. Brick stack.
Included for its special interest as a well preserved example of a C17 hill cottage with gable entrance.
