House, built c1830.
Flemish bond brickwork with pale headers, and steep hipped roof with axial stack to centre rear, and secondary (added) stack against right hand gable. 2 storeys, 3 window range with central entrance. Panelled door with radial fanlight beneath canopy; 12-pane sash windows with flat arched painted stone heads. Late C19 or early C20 extensions to the rear. A short boundary wall links the house with a stable range which is probably contemporary with it.
Included as a well-preserved example of a substantial middle-class house, typical of Overton’s early C19 development.
