Later C20 telephone call box, K6 type, red cast-iron kiosk to the standard design of Sir Giles Gilbert Scott introduced by the GPO in 1936.
Domed roof with four lunettes containing embossed Queen Elizabeth II crowns over lettered transparent panels and ventilation slits. Horizontal glazing to sides and wooden door, with marginal glazing bars, raised surrounds and moulded plinth. Blank rear with foundry plate of Carron Foundry, Stirlingshire.
