Early C19 exterior and, judging from the planning, was probably new build at that time.
Front elevation with cement rendered cladding and a Welsh slate gabled roof with red brick end stacks. Two storeys, three bays, central entrance, double depth plan with small rear outshut. Front wall has sash windows with 6 over 6 panes with horns and in reveals. Central semi-circular headed doorway with stuccoed archivolt, semi-circular fanlight with radiating tracery and four-panelled door with sunk panels. The rear elevation was not seen at resurvey, but it is reported that the roof descends low over rear outshut.
Interior not inspected at resurvey.
Included as a part of the important group of historic estate buildings at the centre of St. Fagans village.
