Small house in whitewashed rubble stone with grouted slate roof and rubble stone end stacks, west stack heightened in brick. Two storeys with low upper floor, double fronted with two small 9-pane sashes above and two small 12-pane sashes with painted cambered brick heads below. Centre door. Low lean-to on east end. Outshut rear with small 4-pane sash, door and window. One side-wall stack on E end.
A good example of unaltered small traditional house.
