Early C19, large cartshed with attached pig-sties, in rubble stone with grouted slate roof. Gable end cart-entry with cambered timber lintel. Rear lean-to with corrugated iron roof, continued N as monopitch roof. N end garage doors. In NE angle lean-to pig-sties part with corrugated-iron roof, part roofless with feed-chute in wall.
Marked on 1840 Tithe Map.
Included for group value; important site enclosing northern end of village group at Caerfarchell.
