Well-house rebuilt 1813 (plaque).
Rubble stone beehive shape with roof probably of corbelled construction. Modern wooden door with plaque to left: 'This well was repaired by subscription A.D. 1813'.
Well is recorded 1624 and is probably the Brorghys or Burghers Well mentioned 1492. Said to have been some 8 or 9 feet deep.
