History

1912 ornamental drinking fountain given by Captain Roach of Belmont, Cross Square.

Exterior

Made from completely turned silver granite. Pedestal, large circular basin with central turned baluster shaft to smaller upper basin with baluster centrepiece and ball final above. Restored 1974 with infilled basins. 4 cast iron posts surrounding.
