History

Marked on 1838 Tithe Map as house owned by J H Harries, occupied by Peter Beynon.

Exterior

Early to mid C19 substantial house in roughcast rubble stone with slate roof and large rendered rubble end stacks. Nogged brick eaves. Two storey, 3- window range of large 12-pane hornless sashes with red brick heads and painted stone keystones. Centre 6-panel door with overlight and similar head. Slate-hung east gable end with block loft light. Garage addition to west. Three-window rear with very large centre stair light and sashes on 2 floors each side.
