Early to mid C19 farmhouse, colourwashed roughcast rubble stone with grouted slate roof and rendered end stacks, the N end stack larger. Two storeys, off-centre three-window range of 4-pane sashes with painted reveals and slate sills. Door in large roughcast gable porch. Outshut rear.
Marked on 1846 Tithe Map, but probably not on 1820 and 1826 maps in Pembs Rec Office, though buildings are shown on the site. A door latch with carved date 1844 was formerly on front door.
Included as unaltered earlier C19 farmhouse; group value as part of a complete farm group.
