Late C18 to early C19 house from appearance but not apparent on 1844 tithe map.
House, whitewashed stone rubble, with grouted cement roof and stone end stacks, the left stack rendered and the right stack larger. Two-storey, double-fronted, with 2-12-pane sash windows in upper storey, heads just below eaves level and two similar, but larger sash windows beneath. Modern projecting triangular window in centre bay replacing door. Ground floor openings with slightly cambered brick heads. Small, square, single-pane loft window in right gable end wall. Roof descends over low outshut to rear.
Included as a traditional smaller house with offset facade, grouted roof and rear outshut, picturesquely placed overlooking beach towards Goodwick.
