Exterior

Mid C19, 2-storey, 3 window front. Regular stonework laid to narrow courses with plinth. Moderately pitched slate roof, brick stacks, that of No.15 merged with adjoining stack. Plain eaves.

First floor sash windows with sidebar glazing (removed at time of inspection). Slightly cambered stone voussoirs, plain reveals, stone sills. Similar window to ground floor left.

Reflected pair of mid C19 shop fronts to centre and right, windows to middle with doors at outer ends, divided by plain pilasters. Simple blind boxes. Shop windows of 4 lights transomed; half glazed doors with deep rectangular fanlights. Modern to No. 16.

Building undergoing restoration at time of inspection (28 July 1988).
