History

Late C18, built for Edward Hughes (who had built the demolished Heathfield House), later additions.

Exterior

3 storey L-plan stucco front with range forward to right, low 1 storey extension in angle. Hipped slate roofs, moulded eaves, 3 windows, wide architraves with keyblocks to ground and 1st floors, sashes with small-pane glazing, balconies to 3 window left side. Doorway under arched hood on fluted brackets, 3 windows to right.
