House in painted stucco with slate roof and brick right end stack. Three-storey three-window range. Flat eaves, original hornless 12-pane sashes to upper floors, with slate sills and stucco heads, ground floor has original 6-panel centre door with fanlight in crude classical timber open pedimented porch with two fluted Ionic columns. Large C20 windows each side, 6-light to left, three-light to right. Raised angle strips and three sill bands. C20 rear additions.
Included despite ground floor and rear alterations as one of larger houses, with original upper windows, door and porch.
