Small earlier C19 stable and coach-house, probably contemporary with the house at Fern Hill.
Outbuilding, colourwashed rubble stone with asbestos-sheet roof. One storey, with cambered-headed coach-entry to right with C20 double doors, and former stable to left with door between two windows. Ledged door with iron grille, and large fanlight with Gothick glazing bars. Small 2-light timber windows, one light shuttered, the other glazed. Brick jambs and heads. Small window in left end wall. Rear rubble stone lean-to to left.
Interior altered to single space with thin C20 roof trusses.
Included as a small early C19 stable and coach-house, of group value with Fern Hill.
