Whitewashed rubble 2-storey farm building with asbestos roof; exposed rubble gable end facing cowhouse. Parallel flight of stone steps to N gable end leading to boarded door to stable loft. Square openings to upper floor and small pane window to right beside camber headed double door cart entrance; brick voussoirs. Boarded door to centre. Simple roof trusses with overlapping purlins.
Group value with the cowhouse and cornstore, the horse engine house and the farmhouse.
