Probably C17 (modernised 1983).
Two storeys (roof line raised), single range with rubble stone walls, rendered top section. Brick end stack to right. Modern boarded door in right corner, small-paned timber casements, regularly placed, to right of door; far left ground floor window smaller than the rest. Modern lean-to on right hand end on site of original end room.
Lobby entry plan, large open fireplace with rubble jambs, timber lintel and step stop. Exposed beams with wide chamfer and step stop. One end of main axial beam rests on the top rail of a low timber-framed partition wall, the sole plate of which rests on a stone plinth; wattle grooves and stave holes visible. Winder stairs with multi-faceted newel cap and scribe moulded newels. Flagstone floors.
Listed as a good example of a small C17 vernacular farmhouse with much internal detailing.
