Early to mid C19, 2-storey rubble (partly coursed) outbuilding, partly dressed quoins and voussoirs. Hipped slate roofs, oversailing eaves with band course. Corbelled rear brick chimney stack, ventilation slits over boarded doors to yard, 2 camber-headed windows (other blocked openings). Rubble lean-to on N end.
