Probably c1830. Brick with slate roof with gable end stacks. 3 storeys, 3 window range with central entrance in projecting brick porch with anthemion motifs in cast iron railings forming balcony surmounting it. 6-panelled door with radial fanlight in moulded architrave with panelled rebates. Flanking windows are 2-pane sashes with flat-arched heads. Plain oversailing eaves.
Railings enclose a small forecourt: cast iron, in 2 tiers with spike finials to rails.
A well-preserved, typical example of an early C19 town-house.
