Built c1830. Brick, slate roof with gable end stacks. 2 storeys, 2-window range with central entrance, and short rear wing. Partly glazed door with overlight in moulded architrave with panelled jambs. Flanking windows on each floor are 12-pane sashes with wide splayed rendered heads with keystones. Nogged eaves band.
A well-preserved example of a small early C19 town-house, which forms part of a group with No 24 Salop Road.
