History

Farmhouse, now house. Early C17, possibly for William ap Guttin ap Howell.

Exterior

Timber framed with graded slate roof replacing straw thatch. Two storeys,original building of 3 bays, type C lobby entry plan with brick and stone stack, now rendered,and cross wing kitchen at W end, and added stone built bay with gable stack on right. Post and panel gabled porch with projecting bracketed wall plate carrying bressumer with zig-zag pattern. Original boarded door. Much restoration with applied timber planking. Timber casement windows, those on first floor with small gables breaking eaves.

Interior

Lobby entry with living room on left, now containing stair.
