History

Early to mid C19, and formerly a stable block.

Exterior

Former stable block, now house. Structure of 1 storey and loft with stone rubble walls and slate hipped roof. North west elevation to road with circular lunette of dressed stone (formerly vehicle entrance below) North-east wall with loft windows with heads at eaves level, one at either end and both now 9-pane Brecon hopper windows. Segmentally-headed ground floor openings with dressed stone heads, one small 9-pane Brecon hopper window at either end and doorway with modern door to left of centre.

Reasons for Listing

Early-to-mid C19 stable building sympathetically converted to housing use, retaining much of its character.
