History

Road bridge over the Usk, probably late C18, of one single broad arch of impressive span and narrowness at crown.

Exterior

Road bridge, rubble stone with cut-stone voussoirs to single broad and high arch over the river. Exceptionally narrow crown, the roadway humped. Narrow carriageway with rubble stone parapets each side, splayed outward each end. Flat stone coping.

Included as a particularly impressive single span C18 road bridge.
