Circa 1850 terraced house, unpainted render with imitation slate roof and stone N end stack. Basement and two storeys, two-window range, two 12-pane sashes above, door and 16-pane sash below. Iron area grille. Door has single slate step, three-panel door and arched head with radiating and scallopped tracery fanlight over modillion cornice.
Group value as part of Nos 19 to 33 (odd), a terraced row retaining parts of its original character.
