An early C19 villa shown on the 1834 town map.
A Regency villa of 2 storeys and 3 bays, roughly square in plan. Pebble-dashed walls and a hipped roof of graded slates on wide boarded eaves, with 2 ridge stacks. The central fielded-panel door has a 2-pane margin-lit overlight. Windows are 12-pane hornless sashes. A veranda with hipped-roof across the lower storey returns on both sides. It has wooden posts with pierced roundels in the spandrels of arched brackets. On the L side is a castellated wall with a Tudor-arched doorway and boarded door. In the R side wall are 2 blind upper-storey windows.
Listed as a well-detailed and well-preserved early C19 villa that represents the C19 suburban expansion of the town consequent upon Caernarfon's growth in importance as a port.
