Early site probably associated with the Medieval pilgrimage trade to the neighbouring St Peter's well. Early foundations on the site reveal a large complex and the present barn building occupies the plot of a long S range, partly sharing its massive boulder foundations. The barn is probably late C17 or early C18.
Large rubble barn with old slate roof. Opposing entrances to centre with exposed timber lintels and boarded doors. 2 later cart openings to R on N-facing side and 2 long ventilation slits to the L on the S side.
5-bay interior with pegged oak collar and tie-beam trusses; earth floor.
Included for group value with other listed items at Ffynnon Bedr.
