History

Early C19. Original list description (1975) refers to vestiges of pilaster round door.

Exterior

Terraced cottage, the upper end of the lowest group of 4; attached at upper end to a separate range with lower ridge line. Rendered and painted; Welsh slate roof, shared brick end stack. Two storeys, single window range, a 12-pane horizontal sliding sash with cambered head over a 12-pane double-hung sash with exposed frame; to left is 6-panelled door in bead-mould frame.

Interior

Interior reported as retaining tight spiral stair, original doors and gas light in kitchen.
