A detached early C19 house.
The house is constructed of squared coursed sandstone with a Welsh slate roof. It has a two storey symmetrical central entrance front to the road. There are three large sash windows with 8 over 8 panes (the lower right-hand one has a lower cill); all have horns except the bottom left and the top centre. Replacement panelled door in fielded-panel recess; barred overlight; stone hood on curved brackets. Somewhat projecting flat eaves overall, hipped roof with a large stack to either end wall. Timber garage added to right flank. The gable walls are blind. Rear elevation not seen.
Interior not seen at resurvey.
Included for its architectural interest as an attractive and unaltered early C19 village house.
