History

A detached early C19 house.

Exterior

The house is constructed of squared coursed sandstone with a Welsh slate roof. It has a two storey symmetrical central entrance front to the road. There are three large sash windows with 8 over 8 panes (the lower right-hand one has a lower cill); all have horns except the bottom left and the top centre. Replacement panelled door in fielded-panel recess; barred overlight; stone hood on curved brackets. Somewhat projecting flat eaves overall, hipped roof with a large stack to either end wall. Timber garage added to right flank. The gable walls are blind. Rear elevation not seen.
