Partly medieval, but very extensively rebuilt including in the C20. Now incorporated into garden walling of Nos. 54/55 Cross Street.
Built of red sandstone random rubble very little of which has any age to it. About 6m of wall approximately 3m high survives at this point.
Rear elevation not inspected.
Included for its special historic interest as a fragment of the medieval town walls of Abergavenny.
