House, now in use as offices. Built C1840.
Brick with slate roof. 3 storeyed, 2 window range with central entrance. 4-panelled door with leaded overlight in architrave with scrolled brackets to entablature, flanked by 12-pane sashes (9-panes to attic storey windows) on each floor, with flat arched painted stone heads and painted stone sills. Plain stone copings to eaves parapet. Gable end stacks. Rear wing, possibly once of greater extent.
Although few original details survive inside the building, it retains its original plan, and is a relatively unaltered example of an early C19 town house, a type now rare in Wrexham.
