Road bridge of C17 or early C18 date. The cutwaters were rebuilt in the late C19; the western down-river parapet has been largely rebuilt in recent years.
Double-span road bridge of local limestone rubble construction. Segmental arches, with rough-dressed voussoirs recessed below arch-rings of narrow stones. Full-height cutwaters to both down- and up-river sides, of triangular profile. Gently-humped carriageway with rubble parapets splayed-out slightly at the up-river W and down-river E approaches; limestone copings.
Listed for its special interest as a C17 or C18 2-span road bridge retaining good character.
