Earlier C19 and built as a cottage for Plas-yn-Morfa of which Blondeb was the estate farm.
2-storey, with Gothick glazing to the NE side; asbestos slate roof with wide eaves and central brick chimney stack. 2-window roughcast SW side facing the road; 2 and 3-light casement windows with high transoms to 1st floor, 6-pane sash and half-glazed door to ground floor. 3-window rendered NE side; camber-headed sliding sashes most of which are 2-light with intersecting Gothick heads, one partly altered; non-Gothick small-pane sliding sash to 1st floor left. Later lean-tos; 1-window W gable.
