Early to mid c19. 2 storey, 2 window. Flemish bond brick. Medium pitched slate roof, plain eaves. Simply moulded caps to raised brick stacks. 16 pane sliding sashes set below eaves. Painted stone lintels and sills to 16 pane sliding sash ground floor windows. Plain reveals. Painted stone lintels to square headed doorway. Door of broad planks.
Later gabled outshut adjoins to left.
A scarce, unspoilt example of plain C19 vernacular building.
