Dated c1868 and attributed together with the adjacent Terfyn Cottages to W E Nesfield, architect. (At this period Nesfield was working at Kinmel Park.)
A well, covered by a conical slate roof resting on 3 oak posts with exterior oak struts, and surmounted by a finial of wood and wrought iron. The well itself stands about 0.6m high and has a projecting coping.
A picturesque village ornament, listed also for group value with Terfyn Cottages.
