Mid to later 19th century. 2-storey, 4-bay, rectangular-plan, mirrored pair of gabled semi-detached villas. Harled rubble with ashlar margins. Decorative 1st floor balconies with cast-iron balustrade, barge boarded overhanging eaves.
S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: paired 2-leaf, timber panelled doors to centre, each with semicircular-arched fanlight, chamfered reveal to entrance and consoled projecting semicircular-arched canopy over with acanthus cresting to centre. Stone mullioned bipartite, swept dormerheads breaking eaves over. Bipartite window to bay to right of entrance with projecting cill. Consoled decorative balcony above with decorative cast-iron balustrade. Semicircular-arched window inscribed by blind relieving arch within gabled dormer breaking eaves, finial to apex of gable, swept skewputts.
N (REAR) ELEVATION: large 2-storey modern addition to left, elevation to right not seen 2001.
E (SIDE) ELEVATION: 2 windows to right.
W (SIDE) ELEVATION: advanced single storey, gabled bay to right, small gable breaking eaves over window to right return.
4-pane lower, leaded upper sashes. Grey slates, lead flashing. Coped gable stacks, decorative coped cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 2001.
GATES AND RAILINGS: cast-iron finialed posts supporting decorative wrought-iron gates. Wrought-iron gates.
