Statement of Interest

B-Group with Victoria Park Fountain (see separate listing). Victoria Park is the oldest ornamental park in Rosemount, being acquired by the Corporation in 1871 for ?5200. The picturesque pattern book lodge forms a decorative entrance to the park from Watson Street. Some of the detailing is particularly interesting, notably the decorative chimney cans, bargeboarding and roof slates.
