18th century. 2-storey with raised basement, 3-bay, rectangular-plan house in irregular terrace. Harl with stone margins.
SE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: bay to right at raised basement with 2-leaf timber door and adjacent bay window to left, small window to left of centre with adjacent forestair leading to timber door at centre, windows in flanking bays and further windows to centre and left bays at 1st floor.
NW (REAR) ELEVATION: small window to outer right at basement and 2 windows to each floor above, abutting stone steps descending to NE.
9- and 12-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows. Pantiles with slate eaves easing course. Coped harled stacks with thackstanes and ashlar-coped skews.
