17th or 18th century and early 19th century. Single storey, 6-bay pantiled cottage formed from 2. Harled.
NE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: door and flanking windows in bays to left of centre, those to earlier lower cottage to right slightly lower with window to each bay (that to centre probably converted from door).
Plate glass glazing in modern top-opening timber windows. Clay pantiles. Harled and brick stacks with cans and thackstanes; ashlar-coped skews.
Fabric of cottage to right suggests an early date - notably the steep gable.
