Earlier 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical house with projection to rear, forming L-plan, abutting single storey house to E. Harled. 1st floor window set close under eaves.
S (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: timber panelled door with rectangular fanlight at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor. Window at each floor in each bay flanking.
W (SIDE) ELEVATION: blank elevation; gablehead stack above.
4-pane timber sash and case windows; 2, evenly disposed small rooflights to S pitch. grey slate roof; stone ridge; harled, corniced gablehead stacks; predominantly uPVC rainwater goods.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1998.
Retaining its timber sash and case windows and harled stacks, this house remains relatively unchanged from its original form. Its well-proportioned, symmetrical front and windows, set close under the eaves, are features of interest to note.
