A picturesque gate lodge built to serve the nearby Anton's Hill (see separate list entry) - it may well also be by the Burn-Bryce practice. Despite later alterations and additions, the lodge has retained some good details - the leaded glazing, stop-chamfered angles and low, overhanging eaves being particularly noteworthy. The quadrant walls and piers to the NW are listed separately.
