Description

Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, L-plan farmhouse. Dry-dash with painted stone margins.

SW (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Centre bay with window in small, pitch-roof porch and timber door with 3-pane fanlight on return to left, windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration close to eaves at 1st floor.

NE ELEVATION: single storey lean-to bay with door to centre and window to right, stair window to centre over piended roof, and advanced blind gable to left of centre with window to ground on return to right.

NW ELEVATION: broad gabled bay with window to outer left at ground.

SE ELEVATION: gabled bay to left of centre and small extension to right with 2 windows above breaking eaves into dormer gableheads.

4- and 12-pane glazing patterns in timber sash and case windows; coloured margins to stair window. Grey slate. Coped ashlar stacks with cans and plain bargeboarding.
