Mid 19th century, restored circa 1995. Segmentally-arched single span stone bridge over Rankeilour Burn. Squared and snecked dressed rubble with ashlar voussoirs, rusticated quoins and semicircular-coped parapets (recent restoration re-using some original fabric). Squat rusticated piers and remains of approach walls to N only.
There has been a bridge on this site since the 1700s, originally serving the Cupar to Ladybank road. It is now part of the Kingdom of Fife millennial cycle way and sited to S of Rankeilour House and Peterhead, by the railway line, on the parish boundary between Cults and Collessie. See also separate listing of earlier bridge over Rankeilour Burn just S of Rankeilour Mains, map reference NO 3276 1186.
