Early 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay, house in terrace to E. Harled with architraved surrounds. Corniced doorway.
S ELEVATION: modern timber with 2-part fanlight in bay to centre with windows in flanking bays and regular fenestration (close to eaves) at 1st floor.
N ELEVATION: round stair tower with window projecting to centre, windows in flanking bays to each floor.
W ELEVATION: window to outer right at 1st floor with broad stack at gablehead.
Plate glass glazing in top-opening timber windows. Grey slates. Coped ashlar stacks with polygonal cans, ashlar-coped skews.
Towards the end of the 19th century the property was owned by Mrs Janet Isles of Ben Dhu, Bennochy Road.
