18th century or earlier. 2-storey and basement, 6-bay, rectangular-plan house on ground falling to SE. Coursed rubble with ashlar quoins and stone margins. Segmental-headed basement openings.
NE (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: symmetrical. Forestair leading to panelled timber door (altered) with plate glass fanlight and voussoirs in bay to left of centre, windows in flanking bays, window beyond to right, 2-leaf panelled timber door with small-pane fanlight in penultimate bay to right and further window to outer right. Four smaller windows to 1st floor over ground floor windows.
SW (HARBOUR) ELEVATION: raised basement with wide openings flanking centre and windows to outer bays (all blocked). Boarded timber door to centre at ground level, 2 windows to right and left at ground and 1st floors.
SE ELEVATION: gabled elevation with window to left at high ground floor and boarded timber door to centre above, broad gablehead stack.
NW ELEVATION: boarded timber door to centre at 1st floor; broad gablehead stack.
12-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case windows. Traditional pantiles. Coped ashlar stacks; ashlar-coped skews.
Formerly listed together with Dysart Harbour. Previously used as the Harbour Master's House and warehouse.
