Description

Earlier 19th century with later alterations. 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house (subdivided and converted to shop to gabled W end)with crowstepped gable to E. Cement-rendered and lined, painted at ground to W. Band cill course at 1st floor to W elevation. Cement margins to openings.

S (SIDE) ELEVATION: architraved, deep-set timber-panelled door with letterbox fanlight at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in bays flanking.

W (VICTORIA STREET) ELEVATION: architraved modern part-glazed door with blocked fanlight at ground in bay to centre; 2 large shop windows flanking. Window at 1st floor to left with blocked attic window above. Blocked window to right with attic window above; gablehead stack above.

Predominantly 12-pane timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof; stone ridge; harled, corniced gablehead stack to W; harl-pointed gablehead stack to E; uPVC rainwater goods.
