Late 19th century. 2-storey with attic, 3-bay L-plan symmetrical house built on terrace rising to W from road. Cement-rendered and lined.
E (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: boarded door with rectangular fanlight at ground in bay to centre; window at 1st floor above. Window at each floor in bays flanking with piend-roofed canted 3-light dormers above.
S (SIDE) ELEVATION: gabled wall with window at each floor set to right; multi-flue gablehead stack above.
N (SIDE) ELEVATION: gabled wall with stair window set to left; multi-flue gablehead stack above.
W (REAR) ELEVATION: 3-bay, grouped 1-2. Timber panelled door set to right of advanced gabled bay to outer left; gablehead stack above; narrow light to right return. Narrow light set close to re-entrant angle to centre. Window in bay to right.
Predominantly 8-pane timber sash and case windows; 4-pane timber sash and case windows to dormers; fixed timber-framed stair window flush 2-pane roof light to centre to E pitch. Purple Welsh slate; stone ridge; concrete skews; coped cement-rendered and lined stacks; uPVC rainwater good with some cast-iron downpipes to rear.
INTERIOR: not seen, 1997.
BOUNDARY WALLS AND RAILINGS: coursed rubble wall to E at road level; cement-rendered wall with decorative cast-iron railings to rear (W).
