W (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central doorpiece; timber door with narrow letterbox fanlight; flanking single windows.
N ELEVATION: blank gable.
Plate glass timber sash and case windows; rooflight. Grey slate roof; broad gablehead stack; circular cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1997.
A good remaining example of early 19th century cottage housing. Its lower roof line and broad stack distinguishes it from its neighbours to the right in St John's Road, taking it clear of the margin for listing.
