Houses the enquiry office for the adjacent bus garage (not listed). An unusually narrow building with some good detailing. Of particular interest are the timber windows, overhanging eaves, skewed gables and segmental-arched openings. The garage itself (comprising a range of single storey red brick sheds with arcaded bays) was opened by the Rothesay Tramways Co Ltd in 1902. The site was successfully adapted for its new use following the closure of the tramway in 1936.
