Description

Late 18th century. 2-storey, 2-bay tenement with shop at ground. Whinstone rubble, rendered ashlar to front. Deep base course and eaves band. Tenement door to right. Tripartite shopfront to centre and left with recessed door. Regular fenestration above, smaller windows to 2nd floor.

Modern glazing. Grey slates. 2 slate-hung canted dormers with timber 12-pane glazing. Ashlar coped skews, broad brick gablehead stacks.
