Early 19th century. 2-storey terraced pair of houses. painted rubble to Nos 8-10, harl to No 12; painted margins.
3 doors grouped at centre with house door flanked to left by door to No 12, and shop door with window to right. 3 windows at ground to left of centre (No 12), and 1 to outer right. 4 regularly spaced windows at 1st floor.
4-pane timber sash and case to No 12; modern windows to Nos 8 and 10. Original grey slates to No 12, shiny slates to Nos 8 and 10. Mutual ashlar wallhead stack at centre and brick mutual gable stacks and stack to rear.
Listed for traditional form and as part of a wider terrace: B Group with Burns Street Terrace.
